Charlotte is the Custom Patch Specialist & Production Manager at Patches Junction, with over 15 years of experience in the custom patch industry. She began her journey as a beginner in patch design and has since grown into a leader in the field, having helped produce more than 100,000 patches. Charlotte is ASI Certified and a member of the Embroidery Trade Association, which highlights her dedication to staying at the top of the industry.

At Patches Junction, Charlotte has built strong working relationships with manufacturers in China, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Her client list is diverse, including fire departments, tech companies, and motorcycle clubs, all of whom benefit from her expertise. She’s also contributed to well-known industry publications like Impressions Magazine and Stitches Journal, sharing her knowledge and helping others in the custom patch community.
